Butler Manufacturing’s MR-24™ standing seam roof. MR-24™ is available in a new composite panel which includes a base 24 ga. Galvalume® material, a composite inner core, and external covering materials such as stainless steel or aluminum. The new composite panel provides sound-deadening qualities, plus enhanced corrosion resistance.

Warranty on Roof Systems - Butler’s MR-24TM roof systems warranted up to 25 years for materials and weather tightness.

Warranty on Paint Coating Systems - The paint coatings on all Butler building will not blister, peel, crack or chip for 20 years.

Weathertight Gold™ Warranty - offered only through a limited number of builders, covers the entire roof system, including all penetrations, for 20 years when installed by a Systems West factory trained and certified Butler roofing specialist.
